Project presented by PADEM
Training and Help finding jobs
If the men of the community participated in the construction of a weaving workshop, the women were able to benefit from technical training, from the woolen production and the conception of vegetable dyes, to marketing and management. Their products are sold from now on in upmarket hotels of Cusco. A global consideration of the stakes affecting the beneficiary women allowed to act at the same time on needs for technical formations of women, but also on aspects of hygiene, nutrition and educational.
PADEM plans to replicate its action with another community of the same territory by taking into account the specific needs of these new beneficiaries, in particular the need for social integration of a disabled woman.
