La Fondation RAJA-Danièle Marcovici

The RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation was created in 2006 under the aegis of the Fondation de France at the initiative of Danièle Kapel-Marcovici, President of the RAJA Group. It develops solidarity and patronage actions dedicated to women, in France and abroad.
Over the past 15 years, the Foundation has gradually expanded its scope of action to articulate its commitments around 3 major missions:

1) Supporting projects for the empowerment of women and the defense of their rights
The Foundation is committed to improving women's living conditions, access to education and financial independence, and to combating all forms of discrimination and violence against women. Since 2006, it has supported more than 570 projects benefiting more than 110,000 women.

2) Denounce, inform, share, to overcome the inequalities of which women are victims
The Foundation wishes to inform and sensitize as many people as possible to the cause of women, and to denounce the inequalities and injustices they suffer. It shares its expertise and encourages the dissemination of successful experiences in order to act more effectively against gender inequality.

3) Involving collaborators through the RAJApeople program
The Foundation mobilizes the collaborators of the RAJA Group in its solidarity actions by raising their awareness and inviting them to strengthen their civic commitment through several permanent programs and events.
