Article 1

ORGANIZER OF THE ONLINE VOTE

The RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation, a foundation under the aegis of the Fondation de France, headquartered at 16 rue de l'Étang – Paris Nord 2 – 95977 Roissy Charles de Gaulle Cedex, is organizing a free online vote with no purchase necessary, from Monday, September 1st to Thursday, September 21th, 2025 (midnight, French time), under the conditions outlined in these rules. This vote is part of the 10-Year Anniversary Ceremony of the Women & Environment Program and aims to reward one of five nominated organizations for its commitment to women's leadership and environmental action.

Article 2

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The online vote will be accessible exclusively via the internet on the website XXXX. It is open to any individual with internet access and a valid email address. Only one vote per email address is allowed. The vote organizers reserve the right to cancel one or more votes from any person who participates or attempts to participate in a manner that violates these rules. Participation in the vote implies full and unconditional acceptance of the rules by both voters and the nominated organizations.

Article 3

ANTI-FRAUD MEASURES

By voting, participants certify that all submitted information is accurate and truthful. Any false or misleading declaration will result in the automatic cancellation of the vote. Any proven or attempted fraud—such as the creation of fake identities to vote multiple times—may result in permanent disqualification from the vote. The organizing team reserves the right to remove votes originating from suspicious IP addresses without justification.

Article 4

RESULTS

At the end of the voting period, on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at midnight (French time), the votes will be counted by the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation. The organization whose project receives the highest number of votes will be awarded the Women & Environment Public Award. In the event of a tie, multiple organizations will be awarded, and the prize money will be shared equally among them. The winning organization will be revealed during the 10-Year Anniversary Ceremony of the Women & Environment Program, held on September 30, 2025. The results will then be published on the website of the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation. Candidate organizations will not have access to the results before the ceremony. A counter visible on the XXX website will show the progress of the results and will be regularly updated throughout the voting period. However, in order to preserve the element of surprise as the results approach, it will no longer be visible as of September 21, 2025.
