Preamble

The data collected through this site is processed electronically by the Fondation RAJA-Danièle Marcovici, a foundation under the aegis of the Fondation de France, with an address at 16 rue de l’Étang, ZI Paris Nord II 93290 Tremblay-en-France, as the data processor. The collection of this data is necessary for the purpose of managing online voting in the “Public Award” category of the Fondation RAJA Women's Awards, special edition for the 15 years of the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation.

Data collected. Purposes of collection. Retention period

The personal data collected during online voting for the “Public Award“ is limited to the first name, surname and e-mail address of each participant. The collection and processing of this personal data are justified on the basis of your consent to participating in the vote for the “Public Award”.

This data is retained only for as long as is strictly necessary to fulfil the objective for which it was collected.

Data recipients

The personal data collected will be processed internally by Fondation RAJA-Danièle Marcovici. It will not be passed on to third parties, other than potential sub-contractors of the Foundation to enable the provision of contractual services.

Data transfer

The personal data of participants in the “Public Award” vote will be processed exclusively within the European Union.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the amended French Data Protection act of 6 January 1978, participants have the right to access, erase, restrict and rectify their personal data, as well as the right to data portability. They also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data. Finally, participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (la Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés – CNIL), which is the supervisory authority responsible for ensuring that obligations with regard to the protection of personal data are respected.
